Dry your eyelids before applying any eye makeup.
This will prevent your makeup from running.
Oily eyelids can cause makeup to slide off and smudge. Dab on some loose powder to remove the excess oil. Then apply your liner. Then you can put some more loose powder on top.
* you can substitute eyeshadow for the loose powder.

Tip!
Who wouldn't want their eyeliners, lipliners and eyebrow pencils to last longer?
No one I bet, because constant tip chipping and breaking equals spending more money. Try and use a sharpener meant for makeup pencils. A regular sharpener usually causes tips to break easily. Trust me I thought that a sharpener is a sharpener, apparently they're not the same. ~

Applying Eyeliner

An eyeliner pencil is pretty easy to use. Just start from the inner part of your eyelid. In-out strokes. (close your eye when applying the eyeliner). I'll post some pictures later on. Just keep in mind, in-out. You want it to gradually fade out when you get to the corner of your eye.
Why use eyeliner? This will help accentuate your eyes. (oh la la)
Why brown? Brown gives off a more natural effect as compared to black. Black is good to use if you want a stronger effect. But for a natural everyday look, I would suggest going with brown.

Tip: Make sure your eyeliner pencil is properly sharpened, you don't want rough edges of the wood scratching
against your eye. Use an eyeliner sharpener and not just an ordinary sharpener. I learned my lesson. I used to think a sharpener is a sharpener, no wonder the tips of my eyeliner pencils would break off easily. Now I use an liner sharpener - the tips last longer.
